Ingredients
  • 1½ cups Better Balance Chorizo
  • 2 medium russet potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • ½ onion, diced 
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced 
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika 
  • ½ tsp garlic powder 
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish

Optional: 

  • Plant-based egg or tofu scramble
  • Avocado slices or salsa
Steps
  1. Boil diced potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and peppers; cook 3–4 minutes until  softened. 
  3. Add potatoes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. 
  4. Stir in Better Balance Vegan Chorizo and cook for 4–5 minutes until  heated through. 
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve

Ingredients
  • 2 naan flatbreads or thin pizza crusts
  • 1 cup Better Balance Vegan Chorizo
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded plant-based mozzarella
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil or cilantro, for garnish
  • Optional: chili flakes or dairy-free crema drizzle
Steps
  1. Preheat to 425°F (218°C).

  • 1 cup frozen hash browns or diced potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 small flour tortillas (or tostadas)
  • ½ cup shredded plant-based cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup dairy-free sour cream or crema
Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, smoked paprika, and salt. Cook until golden and crispy, about 8–10 minutes. Remove from heat.
