Quesodilla-Dogs
Made With Bb Better Dog
STEPS
- Top a tortilla with cheese, minced jalapeno, shredded cheeses and seasonings.
- Spread 1-2 tbsp of Better Balance Cheese Sauce on the top of the quesadilla and set a hotdog at one end (in the cheese sauce).
- Roll up the quesadilla around the hotdog. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the outside of the quesadilla is slightly browned, the cheese is melted and the hot dog is warmed through.
- Serve with a drizzle of Better Balance Sour-Cream and pico.

- 8 flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup vegan cheddar
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup Better Balance Cheese Sauce
- 4 Better Balance Hot Dogs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Better Balance Sour Cream (optional)
- ¼ cup pico (optional)
